Each conversation can have unlimited interactions. We consider that a conversation is finished when 5 minutes of inactivity have passed in Web, or 24 hours in WhatsApp or FB messenger.
Are live chat conversations charged separately?
Yes, if you use our Live chat solution each conversation with Live chat is charged also.
Can I pay in my local currency?
For now we only accept US Dollars and Reals.
